Her Servant 14 - Pretty Ring

"So what's this 'Springtime Flingtime thing going on tomorrow?'" Kagome asked while Inuyasha was driving her home.



Inuyasha just rolled his eyes, "It's just a stupid thing the principal thought up a few years ago. Once all the snow's gone we get a day off to have a picnic; he thinks it builds character to try activities that destitute people do." Inuyasha tried to head off Kagome's indignant response, "His words, not mine. Anyway, expect a lot of bitching about eating outside and not having fancy cuisine."



"Sounds fun," Kagome muttered as she exited the car. "You want to stay for dinner?"



Inuyasha shook his head, "Can't. Dad's decided he doesn't spend enough time with his sons so tonight's family night."

'This isn't so bad,' Inuyasha thought to himself. He was leaning against a tree with Kagome sitting in his lap. Sango and her boyfriend Miroku were hanging out with them.



Kagome had her eyes closed, enjoying being in Inuyasha's arms. She faintly heard the whining of her classmates about the lack of service and about what's in hot dogs, but paid it no mind. Her happiness was brought to an end by a cold, sticky plop. On her face.



"Oops," Kikyou tittered. "I'm so sorry Kagome, I didn't mean to dump this pudding on you!" she claimed with false sincerity.



Kagome felt her rage and embarrassment building into a fury with the heat and passion of a thousand burning suns. Well, that and a wet, licking sensation on her face.



"Mmm, good pudding. Kagome flavored," Inuyasha said contently, continuing to lick Kagome's face clean.



"Oh, Inuyasha! Here, I brought this Frisbee for you. I thought Penniless Penny here might want to play fetch with her mutt," Kikyou said nastily.



Inuyasha nonchalantly caught the disk. "Thanks," he said between licks, "Making me fetch might be fun. I know we both enjoy it when she makes me howl."



He grinned salaciously at Kikyou until she stomped away. He could practically feel the heat coming from Kagome's face.



"I can't believe you said that!" she stammered.



"Well I can't believe it's not butter, but that doesn't change things," Inuyasha replied. He looked over to his two friends that were rolling on the ground trying to catch their breath.



"Come on, let's put this to good use," the Hanyou said, indicating the Frisbee. "I remember these being pretty fun to chase."
